Cycling through open drawings quickly
*Applies to: AutoCAD 2000, 2000i, 2002, 2004 and 2005*
AutoCAD 2000 introduced a way that allowed you to
switch between open drawings by
pressing the key combination of CTRL + TAB, this will allow forward
movement through the drawings. You can also press the key
combination of CTRL + SHIFT + TAB to allow backward movement through
the drawings that are open.
Note: This trick will also work with most Windows based
programs that allow for more than one document to be open at a time.
