Using Ortho while using Real-time Pan
*Applies to: AutoCAD 2000, 2000i, 2002, 2004 and 2005*
When AutoCAD 2000 was introduced there where a lot of new
viewing tools and enhancements. One of these enhancements is the
ability to use Real-Time Pan and have it use othro. To use Pan
in ortho hold down the SHIFT key and be gin to pan. You will
notice that you are only allowed to pan Vertical and Horizontal.
Just let go of the SHIFT key and Pan will return to its normal state.
This tip also works with AutoCAD LT, Volo View, Volo View Express and
Autodesk Express Viewer.
