Name: setfunhelp

Syntax:
(setfunhelp c:cname hlpfile topic cmd)

Description:
Displays the help topic for the command. This function helps to tie in help from the command level. If the command is running and the user presses F1 this will launch help that is under this topic.

Note: If no extension is provided then AutoCAD will look for either a .ahp or .hlp file. This function also must be called prior to the call to the defun function.
